Due to increasing demand for useful property related content online, PropertyX are seeking a talented editor to help create and repurpose content into potentially viral short form videos.

PropertyX is a fast growing property investment, education and sourcing business. Established back in 2021 we now have over 2,000 active investors looking for properties in the North of England.

 

This role is part time (approximately 10 hours per week).

 

Key requirements of the role:

• Create fresh and interesting short form content ideas

• Creative edits, text overlays and retention strategies

• Repurpose content to create useful short form videos

Must haves:

• Strong editing capabilities

• Able to commit 10 hours per week

• Own computer and editing setup

• Motivated and autonomous

• Creative

• IT Literate

Remuneration TBC - likely to be paid per video.
