Our sourcing fees vary between £4,000-£6,000 plus vat, depending on which service you choose.
Primarily South Wales, Portsmouth the North West. We do also source properties throughout the UK, but are unable to offer our bespoke service for these areas.
No - A lot of our investors use bridging finance for BRRR or Flips, and mortgages for Buy-To-Lets. We work with a quick and cost effective bridging lender, aswell as a panel of brokers for mortgages.
We typically work with investors deploying £40k+ per turnkey buy-to-let deal, and £60k capital per Buy Refurb Refinance deal (deposit plus refurb). Flips require £70k+ (with bridging). Below that, the numbers rarely justify our involvement.
Most clients receive their first deal pack within 28 days of onboarding. Some sooner.
