Who is the agreement with?

The rent guarantee will either be with Property X, or with a client of ours that is looking to operate rentals within your properties area. We guarantee a rental offer on your property within 24 hours of initial conversation, and reviewing the property.
What is the length of the rent agreement?

We're looking for long term partnerships with landlords, usually in the range of 3-5 years. These are fixed contracts, but if you required the property back we could discuss adding in a break clause.
What kind of guest will you be hosting?

We offer our accommodation services to both corporate and leisure stays. However, our main focus is corporate guests, as they usually book longer stays.
What if I have multiple properties?

If they fit our criteria, then we would love to take on more of your properties.
